While driving my 2016 Chrysler to work the other day, my driver side window started to open, I went to put it back up and the window fell into the door. I called Poser Park Chrysler from work. I spoke to Louis and said he was pretty sure what was wrong, gave me a price over the phone and said as long as everything else was good, that was the cost of the repair, if I can bring it in as soon as I could. I took it in the next morning, they sent me a text a few hours later and said the part Louis said was the problem, was the problem. They ordered the part, which I understood, it’s an eight year old van. They said they would have it done the next day. The next day they called and said the van was ready. I also had them change the oil. I was completely satisfied with the work. We are new to the area and I never went there before. I have been going to car dealerships for forty years, they didn’t try to sell me parts, flushes, filters, tires, batteries that I didn’t need or want. They were completely honest with me. They even gave me a ride back to my house when I dropped the car off. I won’t take my van anywhere else. Excellent dealership and has earned my business!
