Dear Mike Mahalak:
Back on February 21, 2018 I was heading to a conference in Orlando. When my water pump on my 2015 Ram 2500 decided to stop working. When I call Chrysler, they asked where I was, I told them I was on I-4 heading toward Orlando and they said they could tow my truck to your dealership. When I called the dealership, I spoke with your service writer Stephanie Lema and told her what happened. She stated that she will see what she could do when I got in. I got to your dealership around 1:00, Mrs. Lema was not in at the time I got there but other gentleman signed me in and stated he will do his best to get me on the road again. Now fast forward a bit Mrs. Lema came back and said she was freeing up a mechanic to look at my truck, I was very happy to hear that they would look at my truck that late in the day. After several hours of waiting I walked back to see if my truck was on the rack being worked on and to my surprise it was. Your mechanic Chris Ives saw I was watching, he took time out to tell me what happened and what need to be done and he was trying his best to get me on the road again. I never had a dealership try so hard to get me back on the road and to my destination. So, at 7:55 I was back on the road, well done your service department gets a pat on the back from me. You are very lucky to have Chris Ives and Stephane Lema working for you.
